Upon arrival you will be greeted by our representative, who will present your apartment to you and answer any questions you may have. You will be issued with the Key to your apartment and information you need to know to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Should you wish to have any shopping available upon your arrival, such as coffee/tea, Champagne, Croissants etc, please let us know when you make your booking and we can arrange this for an additional cost
