We require credit card approval for the damage waiver bond on arrival, which will not be used, providing nothing is broken or lost and that no special cleaning is required. Bookings are preferably taken from Saturday to Saturday although we are flexible on this (Nightly rates apply to non-Saturday to Saturday bookings). Minimum booking is 4 nights (in which case each night is charged at 1/6th of the weeks rate), 7 nights minimum in peak weeks.
